Dolores B. Hill
Operations Manager
Dolores B. Hill has been with the TAG since its inception. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Jackson state University. She has over 32 years of experience in customer service, automation, electronic data analysis, sales, and logistics.
As the Operations Manager for TAG, she manages day-to-day operations and provides guidance, direction, and support to ensure the everyone is aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
Catina M. Johnson
Director of Criminal Justice Initiatives
Catina M. Johnson has been a volunteer and active member of TAG since 2020. Catina has worked for Shelby County Government and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Memphis.
As the Director of CJI, Catina manages TAG’s diverse criminal justice initiatives. She also identifies key partnerships with other organizations that align with our mission.

Ron Da Costa
Director of Prevention Strategies
Ron Da Costa has worked with marginalized groups for over 30 years internationally. He headed the Practical Research Program on Behavioral Intervention Strategies at Zinman College at the Wingate Institute in Israel. The findings were presented at the World’s Sports Science Congress in 1999. Ron has a master’s degree in behavioral science from University of Nijmegen located in Holland.
Ron leads TAG’s Context Informed Prevention Strategies (CIPS) Initiative. He works closely with law enforcement, schools, and community leaders to identify and implement crime prevention solutions. He provides the training to transform unacceptable behavioral notions into practical and purposeful benefits.
